5 Nutrition Secrets for Great Abs

1. Lower you caloric Intake: A caloric intake of 10% below your caloric maintenance level is the best way to start on your great abs goal. Make this change for 2 weeks in combination to the other four factors mentioned below and you will start seeing your hidden abs.
 

2. Eat at least 5 meals daily: Once you decide on your caloric level, spread those calories over 5 meals instead of 3 big ones. You can have 3 meals and 2 snacks to make it easier.
 

3. Put off refined sugars: This means no white sugar, white flour and less salt. No ifs, not buts!
 

4. Get low on saturated fats: The best way I have found to do this is by eating clean and adding essential fats like flaxseed oil or Udo's choice as these fats are crucial for fat burning. If you eat clean, you don't have to count bad fats at all.
 

5. Drink water and not any carbonated drink: Start drinking at least 1 gallon a day. Make it a habit and the results will keep you motivated. You do this by drinking one glass of water every one hour.

As soon as the clock ticks every hour, you get a glass of water. Simple. Works like a charm.
