Me after 1 year of same routine
Monday, tuesday, thursday, and saturday for 2 hours.
10 chinups
bench 120 pounds 12 times for person 170 pounds, and add 5 pounds for people 10 and on.
curl (individualy) 25 pounds 25 times
80 stretch sit-ups (laying flat on back with feet straight out in front, bring your knees to your forehead and gently go back down.)
wear 6-16 oz boxing/mma gloves and put a 3 pound weight in each hand and do jabs, uppercuts, punches to neck/head area and etc.
Glutamine would be a great supplement for automatic restore for muscles which can be found at Wal-Mart, and nutrition works.
