Boxing 101 - How Joining Boxing Gym Got My Exercise Motivation Back

You are so right that joining a gym has a lot of benefits. I hit a slump in my exercise routine a few months back and needed to change it up in order to motivate myself to exercise.
I decided to try a boxing gym by my office, Biscayne Boxing & Fitness Club. Not only is it fun and a great workout but you meet new people that become like a family with, which serves as a great motivation to keep going!
I definitely suggest it for others who want that change in their routine! It's high energy, high intensity cardio workout that tones your whole body.
