3 Best Exercises for Love Handles for Women
How to get rid of Love Handles Nobody wants love handles but the truth of the matter is that most people do have them. slowly go back into the starting position. Repeat using the left arm and right

Start by standing upright, legs shoulder width apart from one another. Open your arms so they are shoulder height, and then swing your body back and forth in a controlled manor. As your body swings to the right, swing your left hand around
your body while making a fist, and do the same with your right hand when
swinging your body to the left. Do at least 100 repetitions. 3. Walk or Jog Walking and Jogging burns extra fat and is essential in reducing and eliminating your love handles. In fact, spot toning alone will not give you the results you're looking for. In order for any definition or tone to be apparent, you've got to get rid of the fat. Take brisk walks after dinner, and spend at least 30 minutes a few times a week on high-energy aerobics exercise such as jogging, using exercise videos, or taking a class. In addition to the right exercises to target those love handles, what you eat can play a big role in your results. Stay away from foods that are high in saturated fats, sugars, and salts. Eat at least one salad a day, and include no less than 5 servings of fruit and vegetable in your daily diet. Eat a balanced meal and remember not to starve yourself as this can slow down any fat loss efforts. Limit processed foods found in the store, and avoid fast food restaurants.
