Finally, I have another reference for Women's Weight Training

I am a male. Do you realize exactly how hard it is to explain to women the benefits of weight training? Neigh-impossible!

They never want to listen to anyone about anything, unless your a personal trainer, and all they pop is useless bullshit.

It's a damn shame, they want nothing more than an easy, low impact training style, shit don't work that way. Maybe one day, in the distant future, women will get it, i'm tired of this 'delicate flower' bullshit, take advantage of the body you've been given, play a sport, do something!

The majority of high-school age girls I see are talentless, you know why? They're lazy! If they look good, people do things for them, if they don't, 'nobody loves me, waaaaa'. I'm tired of it, women make them selfs look like idiots, except for a few.

Women & weights

I agree, 99.9% of women don't want to know. And if they do have a go they sit there pushing a tiny weight, eyes closed, like they are having a massage. Pathetic.

Reciprocating behavior in the absence of fear.
by: Anonymous

In order to help people listen. We being anyone that wants to be heard , should listen to understand the other person based on what the other person understands and in the absence of fear, people tend to reciprocate and listen to understand back. If you push people to listen, they will often push us back to listen or if they do not feel listened to, they will reciprocate by not listening. With that being said, why does the person not want to do weight training and why do they believe it is better for them to use other training methods (based upon their personal understandings and judging these will only cause judgment of your understandings)? I think many men see heavily muscled individuals and feel that would be a nice look, but based on many cultural norms, I don't believe all woman want the look they see in other heavily muscled woman...And I understand with knowledge we can control our growth to fit our personal preferences...do they understand this? Good luck...
