Hip Raises for glute muscles byEllen

I found that doing hip raises (also called bridges) with weight added on top of the pelvic area really targets the glutes. I place a few dumbells inside a padded bag, lie on my back on the floor, place the bag on the pelvic area and do hip raises. The bag needs to be adjusted slightly so that the weight is balanced and does not slide off while doing the raises.
