michael williams weekly workout plan
First off nutrition is very important to building muscles many people only focus on protein but other nutrients are needed as well.
Monday I do knuckle push ups until failure for three reps.
Tuesday I work my triceps using dumbbells. I take the dumbell and place it behind my head and lift up and down until falire for three reps
Wednesday and thursday rest.
Friday and Saturday do same as Monday and Tuesday Sunday rest.
