IN ADDITION CARDIO MUST NOT BE IGNORED
WORK 1.30 HOURS OR MORE EVERY DAY ....
WARM UP ABOUT 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOU START..
I WARM UP WITH A SKIPPING ROPE..
