Me at the Beach
Hi my name is Heather I'm 20 years old and very over weight I set at 225lbs.
I use to play all kinds of sports and use to weight about 165lbs, but my mother got into a very horrible motorcycle wreck and I had to take up the mother role.
I wasn't able to work out cause I was taking other responsibilities and lost track of my body.
I now am over weight and need to lose weight badly.
I have bad heart problems, diabetics, etc in my family and i'm at high risk.
I want to get my life back on track but it seems i cant find a workout or diet that will help please please help.

Hello Heather,
Thanks for your email.
Must be hard for you with so many responsibilities at a young age. I am sure your mom and family is proud of you.
Its YOUR time now to get fit and slim.
Since losing weight is not a challenge that I can answer in one email, I have created lots of tips which will take you from level 1 to whatever level you want.
1. Start by selecting your Exercise goal and write it down.
2. Read these weight loss articles and create a diet and exercise plan for yourself.
Start very slowly. For example, a one mile jog, 1 set of weight training, one good post-workout meal ever other day in the first week is a great start. Then you should build on that. You get the idea?
3. Stay motivated by changing your beach photo to one of a slim girl enjoying on the beach. Keep it in sight.
4. I have reviewed one weight loss program. You can check that out too.
But remember - Baby Steps.
Do remember to share your improvements with us at exercisegoals.com
